Installation and implementation of the Aktion system take place through contractual partners. Our partners are companies that are able to implement the complex deliveries including the follow-up service and the user support. Our partners are certified within the regular trainings system and we provide them comprehensive marketing, sales and technical support.
Within the framework of the technical support we provide the regular training on every second Tuesday each month. Training is intended solely for the design and installation companies and the participation is free. Each participant will receive the technical and business materials and is registered into the database of the trained persons. Training is focused on assembling the system, wiring, commissioning and configuration of the software. Participants have the opportunity to connect and put into operation a model situation of the identification system, including installation and configuration of the Aktion software. A participation in training is a prerequisite for obtaining the certificate and the first installation at the customer.
They are held individually and are aimed at presenting new products. The seminars are stated for business managers, designers and commercial technical personnel who design and project the identification systems.
Within the framework of the technical support, you can order inspections or assistance from our service department while implementing the system at the customer. These include mainly consultations, setting the SW parameters, data exports or integration with external systems and users training. The price of the support is calculated at a hourly rate according to the current price list or the price is set individually based on the price quotation.
It is designed for customers whose suppliers do not provide user support services for the Aktion system. In this case the support is provided directly by the producer (i.e. the company EFG CZ spol. s r.o.) through the customer care department - Helpdesk. This is a help in setting up the software, consulting and advisory services to users. Part of services is regular SW update.
Partners have the option of single buying the products at a special price for the purposes of testing, presentations or use within their company. For the hardware, there is a discount up to 50% (depending on the type of the equipment) and for the software up to 100% of the recommended final price. Configurations and prices are set according to the price list or individual price quotation. Condition for obtaining the price advantage is the signed Partnership Agreement, participation in technical training and active business presentation of the Aktion system in the partner’s product portfolio.
For the purpose of the single-purpose presentation of the system, we offer free of charge a possibility of the loan of the presentation equipment or separate components for a limited period of time. Loan options are solved individually according to the current bid.
