The Aktion system solves the surveillance of vehicles entrances from private car parks to company porter’s lodges and large garages. The system provides with setting a wide range of time restrictions on vehicles entries. The software can also define separate entry permission for vehicles, conditional entry permission for vehicles and persons and/or simultaneous passage both of person and car using a common identifier. In addition, it is possible to distinguish the permanent identifiers (e.g. regular staff, external companies’ employees operating in the premises), temporary ones (operating only within a certain time) and disposable ones - visits (for only one entry and exit). The system can operate in the automatic mode, when the bar is opened based on valid access rights of the identifier, or in the manual mode, when the security guard monitors the vehicle identification (name of the driver, the vehicle license plate number, business name, etc.), performs a visual inspection of the vehicle and controls the gate.
