Update via Internet

The Aktion system supports function of the full system update via Internet. The application software installed on your computer is checking the current program versions on the remote Internet server Assist@nt. In the case when a newer version with the given user is detected, it offers an update or directly updates it including computers of all connected clients. This way the whole process is made much easier and faster. A need of physical presence of the service technician on site to perform updates at the client workstations is reduced to a minimum.

Change of the Software License Parameters

Another system option is a remote change of the parameters of the software license. The customer can use this option when he needs to increase a number of the user’s accounts in the system or a number of cardholders. All these activities are carried out via Internet in the system Assist@nt. It is a very convenient solution - the user can perform a change whenever he/she needs it.

Attendance Calculations Solutions

By the remote control also the setting of attendance calculations can be solved. If need be, the client using the CABINET function may send the data of a selected person including the current attendance setting to the technical support center - Helpdesk, which carries out an analysis and proposes a solution.
