Visitors Registration

The Aktion system solves the complex business registration of visits. This ensures the module, which is part of the intranet extension Aktion WEB. The system can distinguish the walking visits, visits arriving in personal cars, visits arriving in lorries, visits requiring special output control (e.g. goods to declare), REPRE visits (at the invitation of management) and other types as required by the investor. Visitors will receive the cards that are pre-entered into the system (serial numbers) and have immediate effect. The card validity may be unlimited or limited to only one entry and one exit, when the visitor must hand over the card at exit. In addition, you can select whether the visit exit must be through the same gatehouse, through which the person has entered or other gatehouse for exit may be used. Information on arrivals and departures of visitors remain "live" in the database system for the selected indefinite period.
