The export interface allows you to transfer the entered monthly attendance data into the payroll program. A condition is that the given wage application can import the data from an external source. The configuration screen contains a range of predefined export formats that can be modified and completed by other types based on the user’s request. Aktion also supports the data linking at the level of the SQL database environment, i.e. the data are transferred between applications in real time. This option gives a customer a high comfort in the unity of common database elements between multiple information systems and to avoid errors caused by the multiple registrations.
Types of transfers:

If the customer owns the business information system, it is essential that a mutual transfer of data is available. The Aktion system fully supports this ability and also uses in many cases. It concerns, for example, a very important keeping of the unified HR database, in which the common data of persons - holders of identification cards - are mutually shared. A person is recorded into the DB only once (e.g. in the HR module) and this record is automatically forwarded to the attendance system, catering system, or other modules. Its benefit is an elimination of the mutual data duplication, a guarantee of the data correctness at all levels and simplification of the data management. The data import feature can also be used for the mass introduction of personal data into the system during its implementation.
