The new version of Aktion.NEXT 1.10.2 was released on Assist@nt technical support server

New modules

The new modules and functions significantly extend the possibilities of the Aktion.NEXT identification system.


In the field of security (access system), the connection with the ATEAS camera system was supplemented by the registration plates reader module. Upon reading the registration plate the  ATEAS sends its number to the Action. In real-time Aktion verifies the right for an access to that address point. In the case of an authorized entry, the arrival/departure of the vehicle is entered in DB Aktion. A command to switch the relay on the selected device (KMC, MMC, KSC controller) is sent to the action centre, for example, to open the gate.

In the integration of building technologies, the integration with the C4 - integration security system has been added, providing a centralized, multi-user interface for building security management. Within the C4 system, it is possible to manage people, identification cards, access rights of persons and vehicles, or directly control the selected inputs connected to the Aktion system.

In the area of ​​attendance was added module of Group planning, applications and approval of events (absence). This module is now an integral part of the web - thin client (personal statement). It will gradually replace the existing plusPortal, which is designed as a stand-alone web application. The new module brings users a number of benefits, notably unification of design, simplification of work and online linking with the attendance report. Requests addressed and emailed to senior staff are now customized so that they can be easily validated via an active link directly from an email client on a mobile device. The module allows:

  • Planning all-day, half-day events for employees as senior staff(employer)
  • Appointment of individual actions as an employee (notification of these requests is via e-mail)
  • Subsequent Approval/Rejection of requests from a senior worker position (also notice via e-mail)
  • Full administration of applications for personnel administrators and other responsible staff

The web client was newly expanded with two new agendas. The "My Schedule and Requests" Agenda provides a clear calendar with scheduled employee shifts. In this agenda, an employee can enter the requirements for individual events (holidays, business trips, home office, etc.). The "Requests" agenda is for a senior worker and shows individual requests from their employees. Depending on the set user permissions, it can also include all requests (from all employees). These are available, for example, for a personal administrator who can manage them in the absence of the relevant manager. Approving/rejecting applications can be done individually/collectively on this agenda, simply by reference in email messages. Approved events are automatically stored in monthly attendance.

**User alert: The Agenda Group Schedule agenda (in-app) is linked to the licensed Group Planning, Requesting, and Approving Module (AN-103) from version 1.10. After upgrading the SW, the Group Schedule will continue to be available in the app, with the ability to plan/change individual job shifts. For Planning/Inserting actions other than work shifts (absence, etc.), you need to have an Active Planning, Requesting and Approving AN-103 action module. This functionality also applies to the Personal Report agenda. Here the "Shift Schedule" panel was graphically revised to make shifts look clearer, in the form of a calendar structure of individual days (as in a bulk plan). The display can now be switched for the horizontal or vertical position of the window.
