NEW FUNCTIONS
Security imprint
Security imprints are used to authorize a person in eSeries sensors in safe mode. Now there is a possibility to select up to 80 fingerprints for selected people, on which the sensors will respond even in the event of an internet connection failure.
New demand and salary wage components
In the attendance application, you can newly enter the Sick Day and monitor their current balances!
Mass input value
Allows a mass uploads of the holiday entitlements, Sick Day claim, or Premium bonuses to multiple people at once.
A phone number of people present in the mobile application
A possibility of a direct call to a person from the list of people present (People tab). This feature is available on Android devices. For iOS devices, the feature will be available in the next updates.
Enhancement of fingerprint reading on the sensor
Biometric sensors have improved sensor behaviour when scanning a fingerprint. Repeated readings have been restrained on a long lasting finger holding on the sensor and activation of reading an incorrectly placed finger on the sensor.
Tablet application
A new application in connection with a tablet or smartphone works as a mobile attendance terminal where workers can enter and exit the same way they do on a regular scanner. A 6-digit input code can be used to identify and, if the tablet is equipped with an NFC reader, an identification card can be used as well.
Business trip - the amount of compensation
According to the Labor Code (Act No. 262/2006 Coll.), The amount of compensation for business trips changed as of January 2017. SW is set to minimum amounts and calculated automatically. For 5 to 12 hours of a business trip it is in the Czech Republic 72, - Kč (SK 4,50), for 12 to 18 hours 109, - Kč (SK 6,70) and for more than 18 hours 171, - CZK SK 10,30)...
