Safe School Conference 2017

In the month of May, we will present a lecture at the Safe School Conference on the very topic, which is to ensure the safety of children and people in school facilities. The Conference will be held on the 25th of May, 2017 from 9 am at the National Technical Library, Balling´s Hall, Technická 6/2710, Prague 6 – Dejvice.

We will introduce a system for providing entry points to school buildings and related buildings. Thanks to the Aktion features, you will have an overview of who, when and where came in, ensuring quick invalidation of lost or stolen IDs (contactless cards and keychains) and the possibility of linking to other systems operated by the school.

The Aktion system offers an electronic solution with a tablet, mobile, and biometric reader. With a mobile application, you can monitor the presence of children in each group or class, or open the main entrance or gate. The system processes children attendance and prepares data for calculating tuition fees and subsistence allowances. The advantage is a clear database of parents and close relatives of the child. People can identify themselves by PIN, card, or fingerprint. The solution also makes it possible to record attendance for all employees.
