Are you interested in becoming an Aktion business partner?
Installation and implementation of the Aktion system take place through contractual partners. Our partners are companies that are capable of delivering comprehensive supplies, including subsequent service and user support. As part of regular training, our partners are certified and we provide them with comprehensive marketing, sales and technical support.

Training
As part of the technical support, we provide regular training every second Tuesday of the month. The training is exclusively for design and assembly companies and participation is free of charge. Each participant receives technical and commercial materials and is registered with a trained database. The training is focused on system installation, wiring, commissioning and setting of SW. Participants are able to engage and put into operation the model situation of the identification system, including the installation and setting of the Aktion software. Participation in the training is a prerequisite for obtaining the certificate and the first installation of the system at the customer.
- Business-planning training (design fundamentals, model situations, project bases, configurations ...)
- Installation training (HW connection, SW installation, recovery, SW parameter setting, access control settings ...)
- Implementation training (setting and implementation of attendance calculations, meals, production operations ... model examples)
Professional seminars and presentations
They are held individually and are aimed at introducing new products. Seminars are designed for business executives, designers and sales technicians who design and install identification systems.
Technical support on installations
As part of the technical support, it is possible to order a check or assistance with our customer service at our service department. These include, in particular, consultation, setting SW parameters, creating data export, or linking to external systems and training users. The support price is calculated according to the hourly rate according to the current price list or determined individually according to the price offer.
Direct customer helpdesk
It is intended for customers whose suppliers do not provide user support services for the Aktion system. In this case, the support is provided directly by the manufacturer (EFG CZ Co. Ltd.) Through the Helpdesk department. This is a help with resolving software settings, consulting, and consulting for users. A regular software update is also part of the service.
- Customer and partner must agree to direct service provision
- The customer enters into a support agreement with the manufacturer or orders the service via Assist@ntu
- The provision of the service is charged according to the current price list or the manufacturer's offer
- Support is provided remotely via Helpdesk
- Warranty and non-warranty service interventions at the customer's system are performed by its supplier (partner)
Discounted purchase of HW and SW for presentation purposes
Partners have the option of one-time purchase of products at a discounted price for testing, presentations or use within their company. HW discount is up to 50% (depending on device type) and SW up to 100% of the final recommended price. Configurations and prices are set according to a price list or individual price offer. A partnering agreement, participation in technical training and an active business presentation of the Aktion system in the partner's product portfolio are a prerequisite for obtaining a price advantage.
Loans of equipment
For single-purpose system presentations, we offer free rental of presentation tables or stand-alone components for a limited time. Lease options are individually tailored to the current offer.
