TRAINING FOR TECHNICIANS
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month we organize regular free training courses for assembly and design companies in Aktion.
We focused the training on installation of the Aktion systemParticipants will try to connect and operate a model situation of an identification system including installation and setup of Aktion software.
The participant will take away technical and business materials and register him in our database of trained persons.
Participation in the training is a prerequisite for first installation system at the customer's site.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT DURING INSTALLATION
As part of the technical support, you can order a check or assistance with implementation of the Aktion system at your customer to the following extent:
ECARE CUSTOMER HELPDESK
Helpdesk serves customerswhose suppliers do not provide user support for Aktion. These customers are supported directly by the manufacturer - the company EFG CZ through the customer care department via the eCare portal.
Typically, this is a situation where the customer needs help with Aktion setup, consultation and advice for the user.
Of course there are also regular SW updates.
HW LOANS
When you need business support and want to showcase Aktion to potential customers, we can lend a helping hand.
For single-purpose presentations of the Aktion system Free we can rent presentation boards or separate components. We set the terms of rental individually.
