The tablet-based app works as an attendance terminal recording employee attendance. Work start/end/interruption can be entered just as with a standard attendance terminal. The application is very easy to install and you can start using it immediately after logging in.
Attendance terminal Aktion Tablet App
The tablet application is designed for collective employee attendance on a tablet with os Android 4.0 or higher and is part of the Aktion CLOUD service. Users are identified by using an input code or a card (card identification only on a tablet with NFC technology). You can easily customize the application to your needs on a regular PC through a web application.

Identification by code or a card
After a successful login, a numeric screen is displayed on the tablet to enter the employee input code. If the tablet has NFC technology, one can use the identification card to identify themselves.

In the case of authorized entry, the action confirmation screen appears. The entry will also be immediately displayed in the personal report in the web application.

Everything you see on a PC is in real time from anywhere through a regular web browser. Statistics and records are available online in the last 24 months (hours worked per day, month, year, etc.).
Records of working hour interruption via tablet
If one does not want to invest in an attendance terminal, the Aktion's tablet application provides the same functionality as an attendance terminal which implements a possibility to set individual brakes in working hours.
