EXPORT OF MENUS TO SUPPLIERS
The output of a mobile or kiosk food order is an email or export to the supplier's system. This way you don't have to complexly order by the number of meals checked off on a paper menu.
DEDUCTING LUNCHES FROM WAGES
Aktion automatically exports the amounts for meals taken by boarders to the payroll systems. People only need to authorise the taking of meals in the canteen with their access ID card or mobile phone. After the monthly closing, the deductions for meals are transferred to payroll.
COMPENSATION FOR MEAL VOUCHERS
To be eligible for subsidised meals, an employee must work a certain amount of time. The employer will then pay part of the cost. The entitlement to meals is automatically calculated in the payroll system.
